84jl Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the 84jl website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or services operated under the 84jl brand.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 84jl platform or who accesses any portion of the platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 84jl registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player using accepted payment methods (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or cryptocurrency) and held in the player's account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or bonus funds credited to a player's account as part of a promotion or offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing or using the 84jl platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, playing games, or claiming bonuses — you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the 84jl Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device used to access it (desktop, mobile browser, or app), the region within the Philippines from which access is made, or the method of payment used.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that by accepting these Terms you are doing so on their behalf.

Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 84jl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or for any commercial purpose unrelated to personal entertainment.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 84jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 84jl platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not on any government-mandated exclusion list applicable to online gambling in the Philippines.

84jl reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 84jl platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 84jl employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances therein may be forfeited.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. Material changes — such as a change of address or contact details — must be updated promptly through the account settings or by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 84jl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 84jl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Account registration and use is for personal entertainment only. Use of the platform for professional gambling services, syndicate play, or any commercial activity is not permitted and may result in immediate account closure.

84jl is required to verify the identity, age, and residential address of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may also be triggered at any time at 84jl's discretion in the interest of security and regulatory compliance.

For KYC purposes, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or voter's ID).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash wallet showing registered name and number).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document, if requested.

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and in full colour where applicable. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where required by law.

84jl aims to complete standard KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases requiring additional verification may take longer, and the player will be notified accordingly.

84jl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — regardless of the relationship between the player and the third-party account holder — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended pending investigation.

84jl does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 84jl's control. Deposits are generally credited to the player's account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.

84jl reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per calendar period. Players who wish to discuss specific deposit arrangements should contact the 24/7 support team.

Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment accounts verified as being held in the player's own name and matching the details provided during KYC. 84jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The player's KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the player's verified real money balance.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• No active fraud investigation, dispute, or account hold is in place on the account.

Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are generally processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional security checks are required.

84jl reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per calendar period. Players with high-volume withdrawal requirements should contact support in advance to arrange processing.

In the event that a deposit is subsequently charged back, reversed, or disputed by a payment provider, 84jl reserves the right to reverse any associated winnings and close the account pending investigation.

84jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below, as well as any specific promotion terms published alongside the offer.

Additional general conditions applicable to all 84jl bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses may only be claimed in the currency and amount specified in the promotion details.
• 84jl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a player's account.
• Where a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement on a bonus, the bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited prior to withdrawal.
• Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of stakes; live casino games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when wagering with an active bonus. The standard maximum stake per round while a bonus is active is ₱500 or the equivalent, unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 84jl may decline to offer, modify, or cancel a bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, or irregular play patterns.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game prior to wagering real money.

84jl sources its casino game content from licensed third-party game providers. Random number generators (RNGs) used in non-live games are independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. Live casino games are conducted by trained live dealers using physical equipment subject to provider-level quality controls.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game round, 84jl's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of any disputed transaction. Where a malfunction demonstrably affected the integrity of a game round, 84jl reserves the right to void the round and return the staked amount to the player's account.

Sportsbook betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are subject to the specific sports betting terms and conditions published within the sportsbook section of the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 84jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported to support immediately.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting markets, or promotional outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic bonus abuse that exploits the platform's promotional offerings.

• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your 84jl account on your behalf.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with its security infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward 84jl staff or other platform users.

84jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 84jl has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on the platform.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account restriction.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in its entirety. Where an account is closed for any other reason — including voluntary closure by the player — the verified real money balance (excluding any unmet bonus balances) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Personal data submitted during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, address, and identification documents — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. 84jl does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the 84jl platform is protected using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Player data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

All content on the 84jl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, game assets, and the compilation thereof — is the property of 84jl or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any automated data-collection tools (including scraping, crawling, or spidering) on the platform.
• Use the 84jl brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 84jl.

Any use of platform content outside the scope of this limited licence is a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 84jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond 84jl's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Loss of data, account access, or funds resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any decision made by a player in reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game payout rates.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, banks, or cryptocurrency networks).
• Actions taken by 84jl in good faith in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations, including account suspension pending KYC verification.

84jl's total aggregate liability to any individual player, in respect of any single claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 84jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. Players with account-related disputes are encouraged to contact the 84jl support team in the first instance. 84jl aims to resolve support escalations within five (5) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

84jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 84jl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms came into force. Archived versions of prior Terms may be obtained by contacting support.

Your continued use of the 84jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.
